To be eligible for a return, the kit must be unused and in the same condition, and returned in the packaging box, as you received it. To complete your return request please use the contact form to claim a return stating reason for return, and you will be provided with a return address. Once the kit has been returned and inspected your refund will be processed. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for a return.

Items received in the post damaged

Damaged items will be replaced or refunded if they are damaged in the post. Clear photographs of the exterior packaging and damaged item must be provided on receipt of damaged parcel.
